| Robert Hahn | Peter Passell |
Robert Hahn and Peter Passell are both economists specializing in regulation, who have written (together and separately) on subjects ranging from the price impact of offshore oil drilling to the Microsoft antitrust case.
For many years Bob directed the AEI-Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies, a non-partisan effort aimed at increasing the accountability of regulators and lawmakers. He is currently a professor of economics at Manchester, a senior visiting fellow at Oxford’s Smith School and a senior fellow at the Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy.
Peter taught economics at Columbia University and later wrote about anything and everything economic for The New York Times. Today he is a senior fellow at the Milken Institute and the editor of its quarterly journal, The Milken Institute Review.
We are grateful to Jill Scherer for providing research and administrative support for regulation2point0. Jill has a Masters in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and is a senior research analyst at the Milken Institute.
